REVENGE OF THE KRAKEN Will Trump Followers Have Their Day in Court?

We as a nation entered uncharted territory Wednesday the 6th and 20th of January, 2021.Ironically, Doug Tennapel -- a comic book artist -- may have had one of the best running commentaries of what was going on and why certain things were happening.
Doug explained that the Supreme Court may have to get involved along with both houses of Congress and VP Pence. The argument will be whether Mike Pence must be guided by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 or the 12th Amendment. Or whether nothing will happen at all.
My commentary of the day ran as follows:
"No matter what happens we are all witnessing history in the making. That our voting system is checked out and functioning according to the Constitution is more important than who wins a particular election."Then Josh Hawley emerged on the scene, the first senator that had the guts to stand up and contest the election results. His dissent made it more obvious to many conservatives that WE THE PEOPLE needed to get rid of the RINOS and dead wood and replace them with new talent like Josh and Rand Paul, who had earlier grilled a handful of "no-fraud" apologists in a series of miniature congressional-committee "investigations."
BASTARDS TO BE CANCELLED:As Americans took the fight to the heart of DC, the capitol of corruption, the government was the first to murder one of its citizens in a peaceful riot.
Even though most of the crowd that stormed/migrated to the capitol building after Trump's address were actually peaceful Trump supporters, about 250 of them were provocateurs probably from groups like Antifa, BLM and other groups hired by billionaire troublemakers. This was the thinking on the Right, whereas the thinking on the Left was they were pure, evil Trump supporters -- deadly insurrectionists with baseball caps hell-bent on raping Nancy Pelosi in her office.
All of this was reported in the Mainstream Media, mostly with the slant that there was "no fraud" and Trump planned all the riots. Maybe there was no fraud, but if there was, we now have a written record of the congressmen that didn't even want to look, that said "Nay" to the Elector Vote objections. These RINOS -- officials installed by the K-street corporatocracy -- were not the least bit concerned about election fraud or democracy. So long as either the Democrat or Republican (the Demopublican) money machine stays in power, the masters at the Council on Foreign Relations will be happy.
But we also have a record of media apologists of real or imagined fraud -- anchors and pundits in the Mainstream Media (even FOX NEWS) that revealed their true colors, one-by-one, as each realized that Biden was probably going to be president. They switched sides like the unprincipled, corporate turncoats they are.
Obviously CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and NBC are Lefty sychophants for Administrator Biden but one could observe the FOX NEWS anchors, hosts, correspondents, reporters, contributors, analysts and rats as they jumped ship. In alphabetical order, the list goes like this:

There were more in hiding, but I invite others to compile their own list -- not to censor -- but to give WE THE PEOPLE a kind of "MPAA rating" system that can be applied to the news. Ideally a wide spectrum of political views -- not only on FOX NEWS, but on ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and CNN -- should present the news. Whether Trump is president for another term or not, we need to clean up the news and the voting system like never before.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT:Some say the election was stolen. I agree with the late Carl Sagan that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. There has not been enough proof as of early 2021. The Supreme Court and the Congress should have done more to evaluate what evidence the Trump team has so far presented.
Bill O'Reilly, believe it or not, had some of the most rational takes on the election. He said that even if there was ANY fraud in the election, that should be vigorously investigated.
However to do what the Congress and SCOTUS did -- pretty much dismiss the fraud issue, if any -- and create yet another data-vacuum places the country at serious risk. The American public are really fed up with data-vacuums.
We had the Kennedy Assassination in 1963. What happened? Then we had all the unanswered questions surrounding 2001. What happened? In 2020 COVID-19 started and the issue as to whether the virus was a lab-creation or natural occurrence has still not been resolved, or even widely addressed. What happened? None of these events have been properly investigated to the satisfaction of large swathes of the American public.
NOW we have questions as to the validity of the 2020 election -- thousands of affidavits, forensic computer analysis, videos showing suspicious activities and even a letter from the Italian Government addressed to the Elector Congress of 06 Jan 2021 warning that one of their Leonardo satellites may have been hacked and used to transmit Dominion voting machine data from off-shore sources.
If serious inquiries are not made to ascertain "what happened" -- the American People are going to go bonkers. It would thus be wise if Administrator Biden called for an investigation into the election because the truth cannot hurt him as much as the potential chaos. If reality is the agreed upon appearance of existence, in the presence of a data-vacuum, the agreement of 80 million people that an election was stolen makes it so. If evidence proves there was no fowl play, then that's what 80 million people will agree is "real."

THE INSURRECTION ACT:Some thought the Insurrection Act was going to be invoked. Actually Title 10, Chapter 13, Section 252 -- formerly the Insurrection Act of 1807 -- is what many felt Trump should have used to suppress the riots in Portland and what he should be using now to suppress the fraud at the voting booths.

TWITTER'S DAYS ARE NUMBERED:When Twitter axed Trump from its network, the CONTROL GROUP of that social media company set in motion a series of events that they are going to seriously regret. Twitter's days are thus numbered as it will be sued out of existence or it will loose a large portion of its users. Large private companies can be charged for First Amendment "censorship" and here's why.
Like the company-owned town of Chicksaw, Alabama, Twitter holds itself out as a privately-owned communications forum in a modern "town square" we call the Internet. In Marsh v. Alabama, 326 U.S. 501 (1946) the Supreme Court found that Constitutional protections of free speech under the First and Fourteenth Amendments are still applicable within the confines of a town owned by a private entity. In the case of Marsh a Jehovah's Witness was censored for her religious speech in the "public square" of a "private" company town in exactly the same way Trump was censored for his political speech in the public square of a "private" Twitter company.
Lastly, Twitters terms of service constitute a contract of adhesion. The courts, since Fairfield v. Techni-Graphics, do not look so favorably upon them.
A contract of adhesion is a contract (terms of service) drafted by one party (Twitter) with much stronger bargaining position (multi-billion dollar corporation) and signed by another party (you, me, the general public) with a weaker bargaining power -- usually consumer in need of goods or services or in this place a person having some conservative speech to deliver. In other words it's a take it or leave it contract. Agree that Twitter can unilaterally deem your speech as "hate" or "inciting violence" or whatever it wants and we can kick you out of their "town square" -- in other words damage and/or punish you without due process and in violation of the First Amendment. All this is illegal because it violates Constitutional rights.
So Twitter and the other Social Media Tech Giants better get out their law books and start shitting some bricks. At the very least Trump will probably start his own Twitter and the competition may destroy Twitter.
IT'S STILL NOT OVER:It was probably wise for Trump to let even a bogus "inauguration" proceed otherwise it could have ignited a civil war as Dems in general are overly-emotional if not reason-challenged over the Trump issue. An issue that really comes down to little more than this:
The Democrat and the Republican parties are nothing more than money raising machines for an entity known as the DemoPublicans. The two DemoPublican candidates authorized by the Counsel on Foreign Relations (CFR) for the election of 2016 election were H. Clinton and J. Bush. Unfortunately the Nationalist, Donald Trump, was voted into the presidency by WE THE PEOPLE without the authorization of the CFR and its cohorts at the United Nations and other Globalist organizations. Trump would therefore have to be tarred and feathered by the Globalist-controlled Mainstream Media (movie studios, news networks, tech giants) and then ejected from political power any way possible. This is what you witnessed happening from Escalator Descent of 2016 through the Fraud Election of 2020. This is why the Dems -- walking dead puppets of the Globalist-controlled DemoPublicans -- have gone insane.
This is why the Biden Administration will fuck things up so badly at least 100 million of WE THE PEOPLE will beg for Trump's return in not more than 6 months.
In the meantime, when THE DONALD TRUMP SHOW premieres on the new cable network that Trump will probably finance and built with the help of Elon Musk's satellite network, the entire world will be schooled. The criminal methodologies used by the Globalists and their CFR-infested Deep State will be deconstructed episode by episode into oblivion.

REVENGE:I do have an opinion that many patriots in the post fraud days of the "Erection of 2020," as Administrator Schumer might call them, have put their minds on the accomplishment of pure, ruthless REVENGE for the election theft. This would probably include all or part of the following:
1) At midterm election, every one of the RINO, neocon, globalist, deep state bastards that went traitor on Trump have to be CANCELLED;
2) Every network exec at Fox News that waffled needs to be CANCELLED;
3) Every media platform that censored Trump or any patriot -- Twitter, GOOGLE/YouTube, Facebook, Reddit -- needs to be VACATED;
4) Every corporation that conspired to abet any of the censorship -- Bed-Bath-and-Beyond, Koler, Robbinhood, Reddit -- must be economically DEPLATFORMED;
5) The retail gamers taking down the Hedge Funds are a start;
6) ANY media company that facilitated Dem interests or Biden should be DEPLATFORMED;
7) Trump and/or a consortium of libertarian-conservative billionaires MUST set up at least 2 new Cable-Satellite networks and BURY CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and NBC. All MPA movies should be boycotted.
8) The CONTROL GROUP that runs the Mass Media Oligopoly should be deplatformed if not JAILED after being exposed for their mental- and physical-pedophilia on the public. Weinstein is just the tip of the iceberg.
THE FRANKFURT SCHOOL:Instead of another meat-head war, there is no reason the very same social engineering technologies from the Frankfurt School cannot be reverse-engineered and applied to the current woke, intolerant LEFT in order to neutralize their damage.
But remember: the RIGHT has done a lot of damage to our Constitutional Republic as well. Recall: for-profit prisons -- death penalties -- short selling hedge funds -- military-industrial complex -- perpetual wars -- fiat currency -- police state -- surveillance state -- wealth disparity, etc. All these are artifacts of mostly the RIGHT. So both the Right AND the Left need to be "socially-engineered."

IF THE IDEAL SCENE FOR SOCIETY CAN BE POSTULATED AND AGREED UPON, CRITICAL THEORY CAN BE USED TO RE-ENGINEER SOCIETY USING ANSWERS PROFFERED BY BOTH THE LEFT AND THE RIGHT.
The CULTURAL MARXISM documentary goes into the three philosophic methodologies of "Critical Theory". The American philosopher, Ron Hubbard arrived at a similar technology independent of Marcuse and this may be one of the reasons he was able to build a multi-billion dollar, debt-free international church that even defeated the U.S. Government in numerous court actions over the decades.I am not trying to promote either Scientology OR the Frankfurt School. I am simply suggesting that both of these bodies of thought made serious "dents" in society and should thus be taken seriously. Given this, an understanding of these sociological engineering technologies and their tools should be studied and potentially used to engineer society to a Constitutional Republic fueled by free-market capitalism, informed by Judeo-Christian ethics/values and unfettered by excessive government regulations and special interests -- IF this is the ideal scene. It looks like the Dems cheated their way into the presidency and the Senate and now they're locking conservatives out of their mass media so they can't say or do anything about it. Pretty nifty, but the Republicans have done this on previous elections so neither Party is without sin. That said, it: SERVES CHRISTIAN CONSERVATIVES AND GOPers RIGHT WHEN THEY HAVE FAILED TO FUND CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS SINCE THE 1960s.
The Left has thus won this round. That is no sleeping matter and it proves their "critical theory" technology is powerful. It also proves that people who sit around on their asses and pray to some Deity to do all the work without taking any responsibility themselves will be BURIED, as the late Nikita Khrushchev might have said.
So if you take the time to watch the video you will see the whole censorship scene and woke mentality that is now playing out before our eyes. Marcuse describes the methodologies piloted in the 1960s and they fit what is happening today perfectly.
That said, if you are a beer-drinking MEAT-head -- or someone who uses pharmaceutical drugs instead of meditation -- you will never be able to get through this dissertation let alone comprehend the intellectual prowess of Marcuse. And he WAS smart, make no mistake about that. So were his cohorts at the Frankfurt School, intellectuals like Antonio Gramsci, Max Horkheimer, Theodor Adorno, Erich Fromm and Lukacs. GOOD CONSPIRACY THEORIES:Frankly I would like to see the GOP filled with regular US citizens that believe it's important to look into each and every conspiracy theory there is, starting with the following:
1) What parts of Qanon are Valid? 2) Was 9-11 a false flag? 3) Is the Gov covering up alien UFOs? 4) How much fraud in the Election of 2020? 5) What is the source of COVID-19? 6) Who is in the MSM control group? 7) Are lasers or scalar weapons being used on forests? 8) What is the "reset" the Globalists are planning? 9) Is the MSM conspiring to convert America to Communism?
As Marjorie says, Americans do not trust their government. She also observes "The Media is just as guilty as Qanon." So bring on some good conspiracy theories and let's look at each and every one of them so we can differentiate between them and the bad theories.
In fact let's look at all theories, including General and Special Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, Big Bang Theory and String Theory. Theories promote innovation but people that shun innovation are generally people who promote globalization.
Shun globalization by encouraging conspiracy theories that shed light where the globalists don't want it to shine.
Everything in the universe has a mix of what's true and what's false but this does not excuse one from looking at every theory possible. And yes, many of them will be about conspiracy because the definition of conspiracy is "2 or more people getting together for an illegal or unethical purposed." Don't think that ever happens?
So conspiracies are everywhere and the mainstream media hides many of them because it's in collusion with Marxists to usher in socialism and communism. And one of their primary tools is called "critical theory." So this is one reason the MSM doesn't want to promote even the WORD "theory" -- because they are guilty of using theories themselves.

Now you know why no one is investigated. They all have their hands in the cookie jar! They all have connections to the CONTROL GROUP of the Mainstream Media and the Weinstein-infested movie studios.You might remember James Comey who investigated the Clinton email scandal and the Clinton Foundation, and made the final decision to not recommend prosecution by the DOJ.
It turns out that the Clinton Foundation was audited by the law firm DLA Piper. One of the executives there was in charge of the Clinton Foundation audit. Who was it? Peter Comey, James Comey's brother.
Peter Comey held an executive position with the Washington law firm that did the audit of the Clinton foundation in 2015. Peter Comey was officially DLA Piper "Senior Director of Real Estate Operations for the Americas" in 2015 when the Clinton Foundation scandals first broke and Hillary was preparing her Presidential campaign. Not only was DLA Piper, the firm where Comey's brother worked involved in the audit of the Clinton Foundation, but according to the foundation's donor records, DLA Piper has given between $50k - $100k to the Foundation.
It gets even cozier. DLA Piper executive Douglas Emhoff is taking an extended leave of absence from the firm. Who is Douglas Emhoff? He's the husband of KAMALA HARRIS! Just a coincidence? You can't make this stuff up! Another example of the DC swamp. -- Source unknown
TRUMP'S TAXES:The FOURTH AMENDMENT states: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated .... "
A reasonable person might consider this means that people have a right to be "secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures." In other words, the state does not have the right to search (rummage through) and seize (demand to see or confiscate) the papers belonging to WE THE PEOPLE -- including our financial records (tax returns).
The very idea that the state arrogates unto itself the "power" to require citizens to disclose their most private of "effects" -- information about their personal finances -- income, expenditures and assets -- is as suppressive and dystopian as it gets.
Through covert operations -- like the $50 billion annual Black Budget -- the government hides its financial secrets about dangerous weapon programs -- programs like their role in creating and releasing COVID-19 upon the world. Yet, even though WE THE TAXPAYERS pay for the government's services, the government demands the privilege of invading our papers. As it does it "justifies" all manner of secrecy for its papers under the ruse, or outright lie, of "national security."
Given the cry of "national security" is probably the most salient factor in "justifying" the endless expansion of government, maybe there should be debates and legislation that exact limits on the government's use of the term, "national security." In other words, in the interest of limited government -- as envisioned by the Framers in the U.S. Constitution -- the government owes it to the people to define and guarantee what it can and cannot claim or withhold from WE THE PEOPLE on the "grounds" of "national security."
Why should the citizen be required to disclose its secrets if their government is not also required to disclose its secrets? Has the government been withholding useful or vital UFO secrets and technology for half a century? A multi-trillion dollar government withholding (such) secrets from its population is FAR more risky than any citizen withholding "secrets" from that government. In fact, a government withholding secrets is the very definition of "national security breach." And history substantiates that this is not an unfounded comment for governments have killed, scholars say murdered, over 272 million of their citizens in just the past century and this does not even include wars. Thus, if a government can search and seize its citizens' financial papers, this is a so-called "social contract" that is not only a fallacy of Rousseau, it's a social contract of adhesion. The only reason for such a "social contract" is because a government that requires such has not earned the same trust and respect it demands from its citizens. And the citizens know that forced disclosure of their papers is for only one purpose: to render them economic slaves while elites use the state to do all manner of things secretly in their interest.
Maybe Trump doesn't want to be an economic slave or facilitate such elites in the Democratic Party and Mainstream Media with the "search and seizure" of his Constitutionally-protected "papers" for their destructive and psychotic ends.
TRUMP AT CPAC:Trump's 2021 CPAC speech could not have been better. Very positive. Very presidential with a peppering of informality and humor ... AND he chastised the asholes on the Supreme Court for being the cowards they are in permitting the unconstitutional election irregularities, specifically Article II, Section 1, Clause 2. Trump also made it clear he would start no third party because it would be imprudent to split the GOP in half. I hate to hear this as the director of a movie called SPOILER: How a Third Political Party Could Win -- but this is probably the reality.
Trump itemized Administrator Biden's blunders to-date so, as we experience their burgeoning negative effects over the next 2 years, Americans can know why they are suffering.
Trump was however a little nebulous as to whether he would run in 2024 -- which I think is good strategy. Why not keep the Dems in a state of terror as much as possible.
Lastly, Trump did not back down from the election fraud at all. It happened. Get used to it. The details will emerge over the next year. The Kraken will have its revenge.
WHY TRUMP:Either one gets Trump or they don't. Consider even this handful of items:
Trump's policies championed the nation and rejected both big government and the globalist agenda, the overt or covert agenda to marshal all the world's governments into a Global Totalitarian State, possibly under the United Nations, as we discuss in the movie, UNSUSTAINABLE - The UN's Agenda for World Domination available at www.MoviePubs.net.
To help make this goal less possible, Trump got rid of NAFTA and straightened out the "managed" trade deals that are the Trojan horse to world government.
Trump realized that it's not ok for the U.S. to have a $500 billion annual trade deficit. That is fucking insane and if Trump did nothing else, that one (1) accomplishment is sufficient to justify his term.
As far as immigration, I frankly don't care what he calls "Mexicans" or anyone else. That's trivia that small minds focus on. What I care about is Democrats facilitating wanton immigration by any means so they can swell the ranks of Democrat voters by millions a year. That's what the immigration issue -- inspired by the Immigration Act of 1965 -- is all about and little else.
I also don't give a rat's ass about the Mainstream Media's tabulation of Trump's "lies." That's also trivia and the MSM sets no example. They lie every time they run a Big Pharma ad that promises medical relief for some real or imagined ailment. The side affects from the MSM-Big Pharma complex are ridiculous.
Speaking of drugs, Trump expedited the development and production of COVID vaccinations like no other could possibly have done. It took executive action to get this done in 9 months, the kind of action politicians are clueless about.
Like I said above, either one gets Trump or not. They either get the America First Agenda or they don't. It's not that America is selfish or does not care about others around the world, it does. But America has been injured by those who have been exploiting its treasures for over 60 years. America has been injured by the DemoPublican expansion of the welfare-warfare state and the violation of tenets and principles set forth in the U.S. Constitution. These abuses are not good. A sick and weak America cannot help anyone, especially others around the world.
Given the death and destruction fostered by Administrator Biden and his goose-stepping, politically-correct apparatchiks, I guarantee Trump (or his successor) will be back in office in 2024 when the American people tire of being deep in the wreckage that now surrounds them.
VOTE-MANIPULATING SOFTWARE:It's a well-known fact that the CIA has been intervening in the affairs of foreign dictatorships for decades. This intervention included assassinations to the installation of dictators by other means. If this is true, why would it be difficult to believe the CIA, or some other more covert government agency, had a hand in financing, directly or indirectly, vote-tampering software, software allegedly used by Dominion and probably many others? To rational Americans this would be totally plausible.
Therefore, Sidney Powell's accusation that Venezuela's dictator, the late Hugo Chávez, made use of such CIA-facilitated voting technology is plausible AND credible.
As any developer knows, computer software is created in versions, each version modifying the former. Given this, vote-manipulating software is no different from any other form of software -- it gets copied, modified into newly-purposed versions and distributed.
Given the spurious results of the 2020 election, is it not possible that the Dominion software used in that election may have been used or developed by rogue politicians such as Chávez. After all, what better place to test vote-manipulation software than in foreign countries run by dictators compromised by CIA financial control.
The bigger conspiracy theory would be that such has NOT happen around the world and over the decades.
So the claim that the U.S. election of 2020 was a fraudulent result of the deployment of carefully-developed and tested vote-manipulating software and hardware is a claim that should be taken seriously by the American judicial system. Even if such claim is without merit and no fraud was found in the U.S. election, isn't it only right that any such fraud does not happen other countries. After all, WE THE PEOPLE of the U.S. profess to spread democracy around the world. What better way to start than to help other nations assure free and fair elections?
