GUN-FREE ZONES ARE ILLEGAL by James Jaeger
Rogues in the Federal Government have now made airplanes "gun-free zones," yet the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution clearly states:
"A well regulated Militia being necessary to the SECURITY of a FREE state, the right of the People to keep and BEAR Arms shall NOT be abridged.""Gun-free zones" are thus illegal because they abridge "the right of the People to keep and bear Arms." Since the U.S. Constitution is the highest law in the land, no law can be made that violates it.
"An unconstitutional act is not a law; it binds no one". -- Huntington v. Worthen, 120 U.S. 97, 101-02 (1887).
Nevertheless, GUN CONTROLLERS (who have saturated the government-coopted, mainstream media) work illegally to abridge the "right of the People to keep and bear arms" with what's called "gun-free zones. The feel-good modifier, "gun free," is then attached to all manner of places. Thus we get "gun-free schools", "gun-free streets," and now "gun-free airports" and "gun-free airplanes."
If generalized enough -- the GUN CONTROLLER'S objective -- this tactic could eventually eliminate the citizen's right to "keep and bear arms" anywhere and everywhere, even in the home where we would expect to see slogans like, "gun-free homes" and "gun-free families" to crop up. One can only hope that even the dullest of Americans will realize that ANY "gun-free" area is actually a "self-defense prohibited zone" and thus a zone where criminals, psychopaths and hijackers are able to have their way with gun-free citizens, especially passengers on jets.
This amounts to locking the visitors at a zoo inside the cages at feeding time. In short, it's politically-mandated victimization of innocent travelers, through public officials' intentional aiding and abetting of terrorist activities.
The MAINSTREAM MEDIA and GUN-CONTROL NUTS would think that passengers, by surrendering their right to keep and bear Arms on airplanes and other so-called "gun-free zones" would be demonstrating their allegiance to the government, but this is not the case, for the very act of mandating citizens to disarm is to deny those citizens the very means of self-defense. Look what happened on the flight over Pennsylvania on 9/11: all those People died because they were in a "gun-free zone" and thus that jet was easily hijacked by terrorists. The government had made those passenger citizens defenseless with a unconstitional, hence illegal act.
Self-defense is the only recourse citizens and passengers have from common criminals and hijackers when the police are not on the scene. And more ominously, self-defense is the ONLY recourse citizens have in the event usurpers employ the police powers of the state to tyrannical ends.
A legitimate government -- as a condition of its legitimacy -- is charged with the responsibility to empower AND enable its citizens to be able to protect and defend themselves when it cannot do so itself. Such is the case when common criminals strike unexpectedly, or at such rare times when the Society finds itself ground down under the heels of sociopath, usurpers and tyrants.
Given this, for government officials through illegal agencies such as the TSA, to intentionally make self-defense impossible by requiring citizens to surrender their Arms puts an end to the citizens' "reciprocal obligation" of allegiance. If such a government demands allegiance while inhibiting the citizens' ability to protect themselves -- this is no legitimate government at all. It's a criminal conspiracy of rogue politicians operating under the guise of Constitutional authority. Thus, the very existence of such a "law" intended to further a criminal conspiracy against Society, is itself a perfect legal justification for disobeying its commands, as well as any purported court order or other mechanism aimed at its enforcement. Disobedience to such a "law," "statute," order, or other mechanism is thus NOT a crime.
"An unconstitutional act is not a law; it imposes no duties; it is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed". -- Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425, 442 (1886).The rogue politicians that have enacted and who are enforcing the PATRIOT Act -- and its spawn like the TSA, DHS, NDAA and CISPA -- are actionable. These usurpers and rogues have enacted and are enforcing an unconstitutional "act" that is technically not a law at all and thus imposes no duties. Therefore anyone who has their gun confiscated by a TSA agent, or is deprived the right to "keep and bear arms" while traveling or being anywhere in the U.S., should bring legal action against the TSA and the politicians made this unconstitutional "law."
Again, there is plenty of precedent where the courts have found that an unconstitutional act is not a law and that it binds no one.

It is thus high time WE THE PEOPLE stop tolerating usurpers' and tyrants' actions in making "laws" in the name of "security" that are blatantly unconstitutional, and actually DESTROY the real "security of a free state."

-----------------10 years ago I warned you all that the Federal Reserve System was violating Article I, Sections 8 & 10 of the U.S. Constitution. Some of you laughed and many argued that our lofty banks and politicians could not possibly be guilty of such a crime. But as you can see now, millions take this very seriously and have even taken to the streets. The 2008 global financial meltdown is still in progress and it's only a matter of time before the Federal Reserve System is abolished. The people that perpetrated it and participated in its unjust enrichment will then need to be brought to justice to set the following example to the world:
THERE WILL BE A PRICE TO PAY FOR ANYONE WHO VIOLATES EITHER THE LETTER OF, OR THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND, THE U.S. CONSTITUTION
Millions of people across the U.S. and the world have fallen victim to the Constitutional violation of FIAT CURRENCY ("No Bills of Credit" - Article I) . Banks that have issued fiat currency have built a welfare and warfare state that is impossible to sustain. The PATRIOT Act is part of this warfare state and Greece and France are examples of the welfare state gone amok.
We are now seeing a lot of suffering just so 1% of the population could live in luxury at the expense of the rest of us.
I now clearly say to you that the issue of violating the Second Amendment is another such issue. When GUN CONTROLLERS attempt to disarm the public -- as they do at ANY gun-free zone -- no matter how much they claim they are trying to provide you with SECURITY -- what they are really doing is attempting to usurp power for themselves and THEIR security.
NO GOVERNMENT OR PERSON HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK OR DEMAND AN INDIVIDUAL TO RENDER HIMSELF DEFENSELESS.
Any government that makes such a demand no longer deserves allegiance for that government has violated its reciprocal obligation to the citizen: protection for allegiance.
The solution to securing the skies above America is not building a Nazi network of TSA Gestapo meatheads infringing the People's right to "keep and bear arms." I will assure you, if numerous random citizens bore arms on the flights in the friendly skies, hijackers would think twice about attempting to commandeer a jet to use it as a missile. We would thus all be safer and 9/11 would NEVER have happened. Thus it can be solemnly concluded that:
THE TERRORIST ATTACKS OF 9/11 ARE THE DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POLITICIANS IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THAT VIOLATED THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE TO UPHOLD THE U.S. CONSTITUTION. THESE ROGUE POLITICIANS ALLOWED THE GUN-CONTROL LOBBY TO PERSUADE THEM TO ABRIDGE THE PEOPLES' RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS ON JETLINERS THUS DESTROYING THEIR INALIENABLE RIGHT TO SELF-DEFENSE.
These usurpers and tyrants MUST be identified and removed from office and brought to trial. Violation of the highest law in the land cannot stand whether it be in connection with the power of the sword or the power of the purse.
